We produce only what is ordered. No pallets of roasted coffee fading in a warehouse, no destroyed overstock, no seasonal write-offs — the quietest kind of waste reduction there is.
One parcel, no padding
Orders ship in minimal packaging with no filler, no marketing inserts, and no second box around the first. What arrives is what you ordered, and little else.
Priced in the open
Shipping is passed through at the courier's own tariff, published to the cent. Honesty in freight is a sustainability practice too — it discourages the waste that 'free' shipping quietly subsidises.
A standard in progress
We are early, and we say so. As the house grows, our sourcing and packaging standards will be published here — measured claims only, added as we earn them.
